1. robert lee mosty will deliver a easement to county, texas, as a
strip of approximately 0.60 miles in , being bounded on east by meanders
of the existing old fence line on west side of stoneleight road and on west
by a line approximately parallel to averaging 40 feet west of existing
fence line on east side of stoneleigh road, which fence line marks the west line
of a of previously conveyed to lee mosty and robert lee mosty, jr.,
and running north from the north line of railroad right-of-way to in south
line of present chester schwethelm property. robert lee mosty will furnish necessary conduit and/or pipe to for
two irrigation lines across the entire width of right-of-way of stoneleigh road
and will also furnish the necessary post, wire, stays and staples for fence to
constructed by county on west side of stoneleigh road between state highway
27 and the south line of railroad right-of-way. as consideration for granting of aforesaid right-of-way easement by
said robert lee mosty, kerr county will provide the following:

road between the railroad and highway 27, using materials furnished by owner. all wire and other salvagable materials will be up and otherwise preserved
for the retention of owner. |
kerr county will move all excess dirt on easement granted and on of
land at 15 feet to west side of new fence line, the excess dirt so moved to
be properly spread on adjacent field to west of road or be in
adjacent low places as by owner. kerr county will provide and install two 16 foot and two 14 foot steel gates in

robert lee mosty the right to two irrigation lines across the entire width of
stoneleigh road and agrees to the necessary conduits and/or pipes to
